APPOINTMENTS
Your appointment time will consist of a consultation of your medical history, a physical assessment of your current condition or injury, the manual treatment, and payment.
Book Online or phone 250-538-8377 to schedule your appointment.
Patients can book online 2 or more days before appointment and up to 3 months in advance.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac e-transfers
I can direct bill most insurance companies
I am not taking on MVA's at this time.
Policies
Cancellation
When booking a treatment, your time is reserved especially for you, so I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. This will allow me to accommodate other clients that are in need of a treatment.
The full fee will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows. Special consideration is reserved for illness or emergencies.
Privacy Policy
As a health care provider I must collect a certain amount of personal information from you in order to safely treat you. Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your consent. Records may be surrendered only if required by law.
DIRECT BILLING TO EXTENDED MEDICAL PLANS
I can bill to most extended health plans on your behalf. Examples of insurance plans that allow direct billing are: Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Greenshield, Sun Life and Manulife. Check with your plan administrator to find out if you can use this service and how much your plan will cover. New Patients who would like to take advantage of this service must fill out the Extended Health Benefits form. For other extended medical plans, the amount of reimbursement depends on your individual plan. Confirm the requirements and stipulations of your plan before embarking on a treatment schedule.
